Put your feet up

We have a new chair in our living room that has a foot stool. Stella seems pleased with the location of the chair, but has other ideas about where the foot stool should be. Like many people, she thinks a foot stool is best put to use while watching some TV. It is an interesting pairing with her chair. I suggested it might be more comfortable to sit on the stool and put her feet on the chair. She disagreed.
