Party time

This was Stella's reaction when we told her that Sara and I were taking our first trip without her and that she would be staying with her Aunt Jenni and Uncle Murphy. She appears to have mastered the "picture smile" just for the occasion.

Her joy at the news proved to be well founded. It sounds like she had a lot of fun while we were gone, staying up late with her cousins and going to the Minnesota State Fair among other things. I will have to see if any photos were taken over the weekend.

Sara and I made it back from Las Vegas in one piece with our bank account intact. The Byrnes family is reunited.
