At long last

It has been awhile since I last did a proper post. Things have been busy these past few weeks with the move to the new house. We'll be in three weeks on this Saturday and we're starting to feel more settled, although there is still plenty of unpacking to do. The new place is beginning to feel like home mostly because the girls seem to have settled in and Roy is back to his old routines.

We have had a few visitors already. Sara's mom and her friend Belinda came up for a few days, and truthfully they were treated more like minimum wage day laborers than guests, working long hours helping with the move on the big weekend. My parents also made an appearance last weekend to see the house and the girls.

We haven't taken too many pictures because we have been so busy, but above and below are a few including the first photos of the girls in the new house, some deer who like to hang out in our yard (much to Roy's chagrin), my parents and the girls, and a slice of life returning to normal - a trip with friends to some sort of pumpkin patch.
