Just one more time

Stella's favorite phrase these days is "no, no, just one more time." She delivers this with a very pleasant, but forceful tone - saying each word with the same emphasis. Stella likes to keep busy and we are constantly trying to keep ahead of her with new activity ideas. The downside of innovation is that new things are exciting, and exciting things need to be repeated "just one more time" until we are driven to suggesting something else new and exciting that we must then repeatedly do "just one more time." You get the idea. The photo above is a paper airplane that we threw "just one more time" about 10 times. Fortunately for Stella, she is very cute and quite charming when making her demands.

We're off to Milwaukee for Thanksgiving on Thursday and then the sprint to Christmas begins.

BTW - Stella is expecting a sister, a fact of which most of the readers of this blog are probably already aware. I have held off on officially publishing until we were sure everything was progressing as planned. Many months ago when we told her, she responded with a somewhat incredulous look and said "are you serious?" Well, we are and d-day is late April.
