Key West finale

We returned from Key West yesterday morning on an early flight after a night in Miami at a prison like airport hotel.  As Sara pointed out, the upside of the accommodations that last night was that it was easy to want to come home.  The days prior were, of course, filled with fun and excitement.  On Saturday we attended the Key West Ocean Festival.  While there, the girls painted with famed local artist Wyland and experienced some unique carnival rides - Lucy a large rolling tube in a pool and Stella a bungee bouncing apparatus.

Sunday was Easter.  The bunny found us in Florida and an extreme amount of chocolate was consumed before we loaded up the car for the drive north to Miami.  On the way we stopped and walked (or in Stella's case jump roped) for a bit on the old 7 mile bridge.

In total a successful trip.
