4th of July

We had some friends visit this weekend and hosted a casual 4th of July party. There wasn't much of a plan, just an open invite to people who asked what we were doing for the 4th. The weather was great and we debuted our new horse trough swimming pool to much success. Along with the swimming, we inflated the bounce house, ate a lot of junk food and, of course, set off some fireworks before the mosquitos tried to carry us all away. I was reminded that there is never a shortage of volunteers for ignition duty when explosives and young boys are in close proximity.
