Halloween

Halloween has come and gone for our resident Care Bear and Butterfly, but the candy remains.  A big friggin bag of it.  Now that Stella is getting on in years, she was allowed to stay up late and do some extra trick or treating, resulting in the giant haul.  It was also a milestone Halloween for Lucy in that she actually had a clue what was happening.  To be honest, she had more than a clue - at several points during the evening she was spotted running across the lawn from one house to the next yelling "I want more candy!"  Quite an endearing image were it not for the possessed-by-Satan voice she was using.  It was a scene.

In other seasonal news, we carved a pumpkin.  The "we" being Sara and me.  The kids lost interest fast.  Glad Stella picked such a giant pumpkin.
