Fresh stats

Stella went to the doctor today and we've got some fresh statistics.

Weight: 10 lbs 9 oz
Height: 22 1/4 in.

This puts her in the 50th percentile for weight and 75th for height - a combination that results in her long and lean appearance. In addition to being measured, Stella received three different vaccinations. I watched from the sidelines. Sara had to hold her arms down. It was all over quickly enough, but Stella and mom were feeling a little bad afterward. Stella more so than Sara. I'm just glad I wasn't the one she was looking up at while the needles went in - I think it will benefit me later in life when she has to decide who gets the extra pillow in the nursing home.
